Terramycin plus 50 ml

This association enables a potent action against a large number of microbial agents that cause infection, as well as the practical and safe improvement of animal welfare.

Indications:

Terramicina® plus is indicated for the treatment of infections associated with Pasteurella multocida, Klebsiella pneumoniae; Moraxella bovis; Escherichia coli, Arcanobacterium pyogenes, Fusobacterium necrophorum; Staphylococcus aureus; Streptococcus agalactiae; Streptococcus dysgalactiae; Streptococcus uberis; Corynebacterium bovis;
Dermatophilus congolensis; Dichelobacter nodosus and Salmonella Typhimurium, as well as the fight against fever, pain and inflammation in cattle.

Posology and method of use:

Terramicina® plus should be administered as a single dose deep intramuscularly at a dose of 1 mL per 10 kg body weight (equivalent to 20 mg oxytetracycline and 1 mg diclofenac sodium per kg). No more than 10mL should be injected in one place.

• Administer injectable products preferably in the front region of the animal. This avoids damage to the noble cuts and ensures the quality of the meat to the consumer.
• Follow standard antiseptic and aseptic procedures before administering the product.
• Recommended needle: 40 × 12.
• Use only sterile needles.

Warning:

Underdosing may facilitate the development of resistance and interfere with treatment effectiveness.

Contraindications:

Do not administer the product to animals that are hypersensitive to any of the components present in the composition.
Do not use in animals with gastric and / or intestinal ulceration or renal dysfunction.

Grace Period and Precautions:

Cattle

Slaughter: Slaughter of animals treated with this product should only be done 16 days after treatment.

Milk: Not suitable for use on lactating dairy females producing milk for human consumption.

Do not administer the expired product.

Obey the dosage indicated for use of the product.

Only the veterinarian is able to make changes in the dosage or treatment regimen recommended for use of the product.

Note:

Terramicina® may become darker over time, but its activity remains unchanged.
