Doxy forte 500 gram

COMPOSITION

Each 1 gm contains:

Doxycycline Hydrochloride 240 mg
Colistin Sulphate 500.000 I.U.

DESCRIPTION
Doxycycline is a broad spectrum antibiotic active against gram-ve and gram +ve bacteria, some large viruses and mycoplasma and it is completely absorbed from the G.I.T. Colistin is poorly absorbed from the G.I.T and active against gram-ve bacteria.

INDICATIONS
For prevention and treatment of infections caused by gram-ve and +ve bacteria i.e. E.coli, Salmonella. Also it is advised in cases of intestinal infection

DOSAGE

Poultry:

Prevention : 50 gm/200 liters of drinking water for 5 days.
Treatment : 100 gm/ 200 liters of drinking water for 5 days.
